Maybe I am just bad at math, but why is it a sell for EUR/USD?   1.10947 is higher than 1.10933, and 1.10933 is lower than 1.10977.  Which makes it Higher then Lower.                      Why is this a BUY and not a Sell?

Yeah! I am looking. based off the rules. 7am to 12pm lower and 12pm to 3pm higher -> SELL the next daily strike above the 3pm level.

                                                       1.10947 1.10933 1.10977

                                                Isn't 7am to 12pm higher here since   1.10947 is greater than  1.10933?

You say "1.10947 is greater than 1.10933".  Indeed it is.  So, the currency ended lower in the period than when it started.  Then it moved from 1.10933 to 1.10977 which means it ended higher in that period.  This is what the rules mean when they say "higher" or "lower".  It refers to where the currency ended in the period relative to where it started.
