Hello Everyone.

Let's get one thing on side first: ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY INVOLVED FROM YOUR SIDE.

So I am going to keep it short and simple, if you are a good trader and lack funds then this is for you.

If you can prove that you are a consistent good trader you will be funded with a $2k live account and eventually can go upto 10k depending on many factors but lets just stick to 2k for now. You will keep 50% of profit and once you double the account it will increase to 60% max.Profit share will be on net profit paid biweekly or monthly.Live trading account will not be on your name so if you have trust issues about getting paid etc then stay away.

Rules:
1.Trade demo account of $2000 for a month.
2.Max drawdown allowed 20% a month. Once you have closed or open loss of 20% you are out. I will not wait for your open loss to turn in profit because that might not happen ever so use a stop loss do some math so your trades are closed before hitting 20% open/closed loss. Do not take the trade if it doesnt meet the criteria.
3.Minimum return expected 20% a month
4.Max risk allowed on single trade 2 to 3%.
5.Risk to Reward must be 1:1 or more unless you have more than 80% win ratio.
6.Swing or Scalp doesnt matter.
7.No EA allowed
8.No news trading Allowed, must stop during news events 1 hour before and after.
9.Try to Avoid Grid/Martingale but if you must do then still must be done with 2-3% max risk as any open trades on same pair will be considered as one trade so if you do 5 level grid your total risk can not exceed more than 3% of account combining those 5 level grid.

If you have any other questions which are not addressed above please feel free to ask.

If you think you can do the above then send me an email at [email protected] with login details of your demo account. I prefer globalprime broker with 1:100 leverage because that is where you will trade eventually.

Regards,

Singh

Rules Update:

You are welcome to trade news if you must but do not blame loses on the news. Also most likely your stop loss will not be triggered if its a major news and movement is too volatile so use wider stop loss but if you use wider stop loss then still your risk should not increase more than 3%.

Good Luck.

Not employee in the beginning but remote trader moreover, eventually you will be an employee yes.

You will get 50% and once the account is double you will get 60%(but will you really need my money anymore once you make enough profit lol think of this is start up capital and you are no way obliged to continue to trade)

Hope that helps.

With regards to your broker selection, I am with Global Prime for the moment.

But you do realize they have relocated all non Australian customers to Vanuatu since last month.

So you are not protected by ASIC anymore.

I am contemplating myself to move to Pepperstone for that reason.

As such, you are actually trading with Gleneagle Securities and not Global Prime, which is reflected

on your daily report.

Hey TP, yeah I know about that change and most ASIC brokers have done that. I had a long chat about this with GP team and they assured that management and process remains same so let's see.GP is the only broker who have public discord channel so I will give them a chance.

TP,something is wrong with your calculation. You need 1000 pips if you trade 0.04 lot not 0.4, that's why I said one would need good math to determine lot size based on 2-3% risk per trade.

Lot size will be determined by stop loss, maximum risk per trade 2%= $40 based on 2k capital. Now if someone have 40 pip stop loss and he/she can trade 0.1 on that trade and must target for 40 pips since RR needs to be 1:1 so thay trade will give him $40 in return.

Someone can have 100 pip stop loss and lot size will be 0.04 and will need to make 100 pip. Someone can have 10 pip stop loss and can do 0.4 lot and need to make 10pip. Finally if someone who have better RR with same 10pip stop loss and target 20 pip they just made $80 and would need 5 trades in a month worth 100 pips in that scenario.

One is free to use whatever risk under 3% on single trade, wiser one will not go beyond 1% risk unless they are absolutely sure about trade but can anyone ever be ?

Hope that helps.

Singh

I don't think you understood what I said above. You dont need 52pips. You can do that with 10 pips or 1000pips all depends on you.

Please contact me if you need further clarification.

Maybe maybe not. What I have shared above is very small picture of overall plan. For now it's a chance for a trader to prove themself and then eventually get funded a small amount with endless possibilities such as access to 100k accounts or becoming a partner in a hedge fund like setup but that is all for later for now it is what's in post one.

Important:

Forgot to add this on post 1. Even though the minimum requirement is 20% gain to qualify but if you want to continue trading if you hit your target too early in month, you can continue then.

I will most probably select 1 or 2 People only for now based on few factors and one of them will be highest return.
