Hi

I have  a problem with the account manager at LBinary he took £1000 from debit card without permission then tried to blag his way out of it this is now in the hands of the fraud dept of my bank.

However i still have funds in the LBinary account and have tried to withdraw them for over 3 weeks they keep telling me there is a delay in the finance dept.

Can anyone give me advice on how to get my money back?

The same thing happened to me at banc de binary to the tune of 5 grand

If anyone could post some advice it would be much appreciated. We cant let these thieves get away with it

Hi Kelvin

I got my bank to get a chargeback and its been approved.

I also asked if they could do something about the £180 that was mine from my original deposit but still waiting to hear from them. I know £180 isnt a lot but i dont like being scammed no matter how much it is.

I suggest you contact yor credit card issuer and also visa/mastercard or whoever it maybe.

Hope this helps

Let me know how you get on

Cheers

Geoff

Guys, I have said this many times in this forum. If you choose to trade with a broker that is not regulated by CySec this is what you are risking going through. If the broker dares to mess with your money while being regulated by CySec, all you need to do is document all the communications you have with the broker (emails, live chats, record phone calls is you are able to but not a must) and file a complaint to CySec. They will demand answers from the broker and if they fail to comply, they get fined and their reputation will be dented as it will spread all over the internet. The broker will not dare risk that for a few hundred dollars or even a few thousands.
