Ran EA on EURUSD last night and this was the result, its the exact EA and Set which is uploaded in post 1

Dates are from 01.01.2010 to 05.09.2016

I wonder what caused the big drop halfway through

Have not looked at this but I suspect you hit margin calls, and broker closed trades for you, what Balance did you start with?

What date was the big loss, I assume you had BasketLoss=9999.

FF open, which I consider less probability compared to London open trade.

This trade works a bit different, because is opened 50 secs after FF open to avoid the gap.

London open is taken 10 secs before the market opens.

The straddle before FF open won't work because we don't have a candle from market close to market open.

Community Robot did something strange we need to look into. See Wags screenshot above..NZDUSD (15:01 trade for instance) is in deep profit but trades are not closed. Now on the other hand they are in loss fghting to come back. If this was live I would have manually closed them down at around +70-+80 pips.

I will have a look at your code later on to see if i can provide some assistance.

Do you try to close multiple times ?

For example I try at least 5 times to cover a requote from the broker.

Then you close at market price or your own price.

As I said on pm, you need to code the error messages else debugging is very hard.

So you can see in the expert tab what is going on.

Some common cause i forgot to mention can be mix up of BID and ASK.

A long trade closes at bid, a short at ask.

We might add multiple Closeorders.

Hello guys,

what MM would you recommend?

I started testing the EA without any MM, just setting trade size 0.1 lots, but I have no idea how many simultaneous trades the EA would open...

What do you think would be the recommended MM settings to avoid the beast of heavy drawdown? and to replicate in demo real trading conditions that would help us all to have a trustable simulation?

Best,

Lore

Default it allows 100 trades per Pair. And using on let's say 8 pairs..possibly 800 open trades at 0.10 will be expensive :) I think lot size must reflect amount of allowed trades. MAybe 0.01 is better with 100 trades per pair.
