Grandoption: cannot withdraw my deposit

On 6.12.2016 I requested a withdrawal of my initial deposit at GrandOption. On 21.12.2016 I asked them why I haven't received the money yet and when can I expect them. Until today, 23.12.2016, I have no answer from them, and I haven't received my deposit back.

Do you have screenshot about it ? I think İf you took an ss of it, you can upload the ss to their social media pages

Why dont you go to the online chat in the site?

 

But anyway you dont need to worry, they are regulated by the cysec and mifid and im sure they will look at the case if you contact them :rolleyes:

The chat was and currently is: "Our operators are not available at the moment". Will check them out again after first week of 2017.

Grandoption approved my account on 05.01.2017 which is one month after sending them the documents!

 

The withdrawal seems to be processed and I will write back if and when it arrives in my bank account.

If they don't come back or don't process your withdrawal it may be worthwhile contacting CYSEC. They may be able to help you as well.

On 09.01.2017 I received my deposit back, one month after my request.
