On 6.12.2016 I requested a withdrawal of my initial deposit at GrandOption. On 21.12.2016 I asked them why I haven't received the money yet and when can I expect them. Until today, 23.12.2016, I have no answer from them, and I haven't received my deposit back.

Grandoption approved my account on 05.01.2017 which is one month after sending them the documents!
The withdrawal seems to be processed and I will write back if and when it arrives in my bank account.
If they don't come back or don't process your withdrawal it may be worthwhile contacting CYSEC. They may be able to help you as well.

I don’t think this is the first time this is happening; I too faced similar issues with them. I made around 15k deposit after making some 1-2k profits and able to withdraw, so I went ahead with larger deposit but then they strike! I was denied withdrawal and requested verification which I did repeatedly, but was rejected for no reason and even when I asked them to simply return my money, I was ignored and asked to verify myself which they NEVER ALLOWED! So, in short they never let me get my money back let alone profits! However, I am happy to say that in recent times there are serious plans putting in place to tackle these frauds –
I am happy to read that Hazrachy law firm that represents binary option victims in Israel are doing their part to stop such frauds and it’s helping as I see. I hope this continues.
