On 6.12.2016 I requested a withdrawal of my initial deposit at GrandOption. On 21.12.2016 I asked them why I haven't received the money yet and when can I expect them. Until today, 23.12.2016, I have no answer from them, and I haven't received my deposit back.

Grandoption approved my account on 05.01.2017 which is one month after sending them the documents!
The withdrawal seems to be processed and I will write back if and when it arrives in my bank account.
If they don't come back or don't process your withdrawal it may be worthwhile contacting CYSEC. They may be able to help you as well.
