Hi guys,

This is a strategy i have been trading for the last 3 or 4 months and has given me 70%. I had a little less % during August.

The strategy is very simple and beginner friendly... It's on 5min TF with 30mins exp. for Wilson Arrow, and 20mins for HF Wick.

Big thanks to Wilber07 for the Wilson Arrow, and Holyfire for HF Wick.

Wilson Arrow is MA cross with BB, and HF Wick is pinbars with SR. The strat also uses TMA True which is triangular MA, and is non repainting version.

So...this is the strat:

Call: Wilson Arrow appear below the TMA lower band (take the trade after the candle closes and price is still below TMA for 30mins), or...

HF Wick appears below TMA lower band (take the trade right away for 20mins)

Put: Opposite

Avoid medium and high impact news 30mins before and after. That's it.

I forgot to mention that you need the xSR indi in your indicator folder for HF Wick to work.

Hi Singu, thanks for the strategy, how many trades on average do you get per session per pair with this?

I trade both Wilson and HF Wick on 21 pairs, and get around 10 trades per session. I sometimes trade 15TF with 1h exp. and get around 3 more trades.

I start my session 1-2hours before London, and stop 1 hour before London closes.

Sorry guys..i have given you the wrong template..here is the right one...

Hi singu,

I am testing a similar strategy with 1 min tf and 10 min exp.......I have one question for TMA indi....are the values on the right side important for this strategy????

I have the main problem of signal in strong trends against you, how are your indies behaving in strong trends against you?

No...but i know what you mean by that...i first came across that in your strategy. I think mbit555 shared an indi with the difference between red and green bands in MBFX32...and someone after that had a good idea(i think) that the difference should be bigger if you multiply smaller by 2. I tried it for this strat for 2 days, and it got me out of couple of bad trades. I didn't have much time to forward test it...it can't be backtested. The idea has some merit, and i plan to look into it more.

The indis are by itself very very good. TMA helps to improve by 5-8%. All the credit for this strat goes to developers of the indis. As i said it gives you 70%, so sometimes trend goes on, but you wil win most of the time.

It's a great arrow. It basically doesn't repaint...1 in every 30 times it disappears and you win most of those times also ...thanks  :)

1 in every 10-15 times. Most of the time the arrow shows on the chart...but no signal in live trading. It uses SR so it is normal that it happens.
