Consider if you really want an account with them.

Their site is:

1: Bloated - A LOT of scripts and flashy crap is running on their site. Which in turn drags performance down. It uses a lot of CPU.

2: Bugged - This is related to the bloat. Bloat is a sign of web developers who don't know what the hell they are doing, and think "more is better". Actually "less is more". And this is coming from a person who is a web developer himself. Anyway, the site has several bugs, that never seem to get fixed.

3: Unstable - Sometimes your entries wont get accepted for whatever reason, this is obviously related to being buggy, but worth mentioning none the less.

Initially I picked them on the basis of good payouts, but all the problems are discouraging me from using the site.

Thanks for the explanation : I thought the problems I encountered were due to my mobile Internet-connection, not longer using them. It´s a pity because they are fully regulated European Broker...

only thing is they pay ;) this is a MUST in binary options world where there are lots of scammers...

@neuron: why not give feedback? their payout is one of the most consistent out there...

As far as I know this broker uses SpotOption engine.

It's best to look for Tradologic engine based brokers.

How to spot the difference?

SpotOption = 60s options, Options Builder, Pro, One Touch

Tradologic = 1min, 2min, 5min, Digital, Touch, Range

True, that obviously is very important. :)

But their unprofessionalism in regards to their own site is puzzling. Don't they wan't customers?

I've complained about it on several occasions and they claim to have improvements coming in the coming weeks.

I really hope thats true...

But the most catastrophic problem with them is price spread, as it is not consistent...

It's like their internal price engine sometimes lags out, and just shows a price X seconds old.

If you are not careful and pay attention, you could get a horrible entry.

Their recommended browser is Chrome, but their site crashes it, frequently.

Still, if you can live with the above, they DO have good payouts and a lot of options for expiries.
