If someone starts flaming you PM me with a screenshot of the incident and I will ban them if its legit. Do not flame them back, it makes our work as admins harder figuring out who started it. So if you flame them back, you may get banned too.

I'm having a bad experience with ayrex. I tried the bonus offer which lets you trade with a starting 30$ capital. You have 30 days to reach the trading volume required and, if you complete it, you can withdraw maximum 200$ dollars or use it for your live account. Well, i managed to reach the volume required within 1 week with 90$ balance and all i have to do to use this money in my real account is verifying my account. To do so they request bills or bank statements or credit card statements to be uploaded so they can verify my address. And this is the real problem, because I'm a young university student and therefore i don't pay any bills and only recently i've signed for a bank account. So i asked the bank for a statement of the little balance i've put in the account but they can only provide it every 3 months. So I thought to upload the contract statement i signed when i opened my account (which has all the address infos and so on) but they DO NOT ACCEPT THE BANK STATEMENT THAT I SIGNED WHEN I OPENED MY BANK ACCOUNT. The terms of the bonus ends on the 4th of april and now i cannot get my money because they can't accept a document that is even more detailed and secure than a simple bank statement! Now what can I do? What documents should I look for? Because this is getting really annoying and i would like to find a solution to be able to use this 90$ to continue trading binary options with ayrex! I'd appreciate if ayrex would answer to this post.
UPDATE. My account has been verified by an astonishing fast support service by ayrex. Problem solved
