Because it is the fastest platform of all brokers (4-5 seconds, haha).
This is not problem with connection. My friend has also noticed this problem and delay (he is not a member of this forum)
I'm telling the truth when I say that the conditions for trading with Ayrex every month getting worse and worse.
So, the problem is with the execution speed, not with loading of the platform?
We have not received any complaints regarding execution speed for the last couple of days and according to the information from IT, it is still on the same level. Have your friend contacted our Support Team? The average responce is around 10 seconds via Live Chat and 1 business day for IT to figure out what can be a reason of that unusual behaviour.
On the contrary, it is completely not in our interests to make trading conditions worse, as the number of our clients keep growing and we would like to provide the best experience to every one of them.
