Because it is the fastest platform of all brokers (4-5 seconds, haha).

This is not problem with connection. My friend has also noticed this problem and delay (he is not a member of this forum)

I'm telling the truth when I say that the conditions for trading with Ayrex every month getting worse and worse.

We have not received any complaints regarding execution speed for the last couple of days and according to the information from IT, it is still on the same level. Have your friend contacted our Support Team? The average responce is around 10 seconds via Live Chat and 1 business day for IT to figure out what can be a reason of that unusual behaviour.

 

On the contrary, it is completely not in our interests to make trading conditions worse, as the number of our clients keep growing and we would like to provide the best experience to every one of them.

He just told me (before 5 min) that there were problems with the speed of opening in the contest. Yes, he contacted support and they told him that the problem will be solved for 24h, but after 3 days the problem still persists. After repeated contact with the support he had received information that there are no any problems with delays. 

I am not his lawyer and do not want to write about it, but the problem exists. I have solved my problem with you, I do not trade more.

Please, notice that all the technical issues are transfered to IT Department immediately after we receive it and usually include required data (OS, screenshot, etc.). In the majority of cases, problem is investigated and carefully checked in 1 business day and the results are send to client's email address. It is a impossible to lose any of the data, because several departments keep a copy of the problem.

 

If your friend experience any kind of problem or doubt on the Real or Demo platforms, please, ask him to contact our Support Team in any way he or she likes and document it, which will eliminate any question on his/her or our side. 

 

Yes, of course, we remember about your problems and everybody is still disconsolately heartbroken :(
