I registered with finpari.com. My account is din[email protected], I use promo code 30DMA to register. But after I won and my account balance is over $1.393. Then I asked to withdraw, but they say I have registered at least 2 accounts with their system. Before that they have verified my account.
I sent the legal department a lot of emails but they did not answer me. Then they closed my account. Then I talked with staff support and an account manager. They say I have to register an account with a single IP address, and then I can use any IP address to trade. I did so. But I can not withdraw. This really is big scamer.
Here are all the pictures screenshots of conversations between me and their support staff.

Is Finpari regulated somewhere? I'm really sorry, don't lose hope, bug them first nicely and then attack in case they finally deny you withdrawal.

I don't have an acount with finpari but what is this story of the IP address? the fact that you opened more accounts? but with one account for example you could be trading somewhere else(for example on holiday)and have another IP, no?? I wonder if brokers use this excuse often not to pay?

reading thru all the correspondents , the client opened at least 1 account with 1 IP address (using a hidden abroad address) and accepted a no deposit bonus on at least 1 account. the broker closed him down on the ground of opening 2 no deposit bonus accounts .

Looks like the problem was indeed that 2 or more different accounts were opened using the same ip. Problem with well known public VPN services is that they will assign you an ip from a subnet allocated to that VPN termination gateway and since it may be widely used throughout the world it is likely that many different people will been seen with that same ip and this within rather short intervals. Sounds exaggerated and probably they are very happy to use this as an excuse but they should at least give your deposit back as your identity and bank transaction details are ok. If they don't then submit a fraud request to your bank or credit card entity to get a charge back, tell them that. It's in their interest too because when several fraud complains have been acknowledged by some credit card companies they will simply blacklist them in the sense that they will refuse to process the transaction for future customers.

He accepted at least 1 no deposit bonus and they accused him of having 2 no deposit bonus accts and using a 'hidden" abroad IP address which he did not refute.

You attempted to register more than one account with their system. If you use the promo code 30DMA same IP address is never register.

I and some of my friends are experiencing problems like yours. Before signing up with finpari.com, I have heard some of my friends say that they have problems with the payment request from finpari.com. I think finpari.com really the scamer. I recommend choosing the honest broker.

Hi
thank you for reporting this binary options broker. I saw a lot of blogger recommended that broker as a reliable broker. select a broker is a very painful task before selecting always make sure to meet some criteria as: regulation, a good platform, good service, read about their criticism and more.

You should substantiate your allegations to have any credibility (especially being the first post). Moreover, why would you sign up with them if you were warned "by some of your friends" beforehand?

Hi,

Finpari is the one of the worst broker I have come across. I would suggest not to invest money with them. Always use regulated broker. Please also refer to your countries rules and regulation before investing in BO
