D 7

D 7 a lot of bad decision, instead of maintaining 1% got caught up in a revenge fight ending with a drawdown of 31.40%

need to restructure MM strategy.

Your MM approach is just like many BO traders. We all think that we have it down to a structured MM but we are actually setting up our account with gasoline waiting for a bonfire. When you win, you stick to your plan of 1% winning. And now you lost, it was a 31% draw down, it doesnt make any sense isnt it?

It is like telling yourself if you win, you just want to take a small amount of winning but if you lose, you are willing to risk almost half of your account.

Your MM approach is flawed for sure but the more important and underlying factor is how you want to handle your winners and losers. Have you thought of turning the picture around? Making at least 30% daily and keep to 10% draw down if you have a bad session? Another recommendation is this. There is no absolute guarantee that every day is a winning balance account. Why not be selective and trade on days with higher probability of winning?

No need to give up ! There is MM but maybe you try to trade the same way in any circumstances, i.e. low and high volatility times etc...
